Showdown is one such movie, whose script was written by author Gibbs. In the meantime, he used to write scripts of movies, some of which got made. He has said in his interviews that he has done a number of interesting things in his life, starting from working at a zoo, researching about the largest rodents of the world called capybaras, climbing the Mount Kilimanjaro, dealing with an angry elephant, ice climbing a glacier in Patagonia, visiting the cockpit of the Atlantis Space Shuttle, and helping to rescue 16 kids from getting drowned off the Israel coast. As of today, author Gibbs lives along with her wife and kids in his house located in Los Angeles. He has even developed television shows for famous channels such as Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Fox, and ABC.
Author Gibbs has also worked on a bunch of popular animated films. In addition to writing novels, he has written screenplays for a number of Hollywood films such as Repli-Kate and See Spot Run. For the first 10 years of his life, 12-year-old Teddy's home was the Congo, where he lived with his parents, a gorilla researcher and a wildlife photographer.
